passionate makeup artist - highly recommend: Chailling did my hair and makeup for my wedding in November and she did a fabulous job! She is very professional and really has both a passion and a talent for makeup. She took several hours to do a trial run for which she did not even charge me. I liked how she applied artificial lashes and how she applied highlights around my face. I highly recommend her services even to the most selective brides like myself.
